Group hotels & meeting space

Same hotels. Better deal.Plus the details nobody thinks to ask for.

Free hotel procurement and meeting space negotiation for any group booking 15 rooms or more, handled personally by Miss Renee, CMM, 25 years in. Free to you, always — the hotel pays the commission, and your rate goes down, not up.

The Details get you there. The relationship makes it happen.

Most people and companies fill out a form, take whatever rate comes back, and sign a contract nobody explained. The Details get you there — and because Miss Renee has spent 25 years building the relationships on the other end of the phone, your special requests actually happen.

Ten minutes now. A call from Miss Renee within one business day. No payment details, ever.

What Miss Renee gets written into the contract

  • Complimentary rooms. One free room for every 40 or 50 booked is common. Use it for a speaker or your own staff.
  • Waived resort fees. Resort fees can add $25 to $50 per room per night. They are negotiable for groups.
  • Free parking. Often $20 to $40 a night per car, waived for a block.
  • Discounted or complimentary meeting space. Rental is usually traded away once your room block and food spend are on the table.
  • Discounted AV. In house AV is one of the most marked up lines on a contract.
  • Staff rates. A lower rate for your team traveling in early or staying late.

How it works

Three steps, and you never touch a negotiation

1

Tell us what it's for

A ten minute form that asks the questions a booking site never will: your dates, your flexibility, your meeting space, and the extras you'd like negotiated.

2

Miss Renee negotiates

Site selection, the rate, the extras, and a contract with attrition, cutoff, and cancellation terms handled before you ever sign.

3

Push yes

You approve one clear proposal, you pay the hotel directly, and we never touch your money.

Booking sites vs. The Details

A booking site sells you a room. We negotiate your contract.

The fine print, in plain English

The three clauses that cost groups money

Attrition

The share of your room block you promise to fill. Miss it and the hotel bills you for the empty rooms.

Miss Renee negotiates the percentage down and builds the block from realistic numbers, not hopeful ones.

Cutoff date

The day unbooked rooms in your block go back to the hotel, usually 30 days out. After it, your rate is gone.

Miss Renee pushes the cutoff later and reminds you before it lands.

Cancellation terms

A sliding scale of what you owe if the event moves or stops, often a percentage of the whole block.

Miss Renee trades penalties for a rebooking clause whenever a hotel will do it.

Straight answers

What people ask before they call

What's the catch?

There isn't one. Hotels pay The Details a standard commission on the rooms your group uses, the same way they pay any group housing company. You never pay us.

Do I pay more so she can earn a commission?

No. Your rate is negotiated down, not marked up. Commission is a cost of sales hotels already budget for.

Can't I just book online?

You can book rooms online. You cannot negotiate a group contract online, and the contract is where the money and the risk are.

How do I know she's real?

Her name, face, credential, and phone number are on every page. She calls you within one business day.

We're small.

If you need 15 rooms or more, you qualify. Under 15, she will still point you the right way.
