I know what a sales manager can give away, what they are told to protect, and what they will trade once they see a real room block and a real food and beverage spend.
Most groups never find that out. They book online, sign the contract the hotel sends, and discover attrition and cutoff dates the hard way. That is the part I fix.
I am a Certified Meeting Manager through MPI and GBTA, and The Details has been my company since 2006. Home base is Issaquah, WA, with deep relationships across the Pacific Northwest and the mountain resorts — and I work any destination my groups need.
You will not get a portal and a ticket number. You get me on the phone, and I stay on it through your event.
